Away Message

In the case that mail cannot be received due to absence caused by business trips or travel, a preset response mail can be sent to the sender upon mail reception by setting the [Away Message] for the duration of absence.

  • Activation and deactivation of Away Message

    • Away Message activation : Check the [Away Message] button to "Checked" and click the [Save] button.

    • Away Message deactivation : Check the [Away Message] button to "Clear" and click the [Save] button.

    • To delete the Away Message content : Click the [Delete] button at the bottom.

  • Away Message settings
    • Start and End: This determines the activate duration of the Away Message.
    • Away Message will be sent out upon reception of mail between the start and end date.

    • Subject: This is the title of the Away Message to be sent during absence.
    • Content: This is the body of the Away Message.
    • Message Type: The Away Message can be sent in HTML format by setting the body to HTML format.
    • Attach Signature: The signature that will be included in the mails for the Away Message.
