E-mail/Bulletin message view method

There are three types of viewing methods. Depending on the users PC environment they can pick the most approprite method of viewing their messages.

If the user selects the "Open in new window" option, messages selected will be opened in a new window.
If the user selects the "Open a new window for each message" option, messages selected to view will be opened in a new window for each message.
If the user selects the "Open in existing window" option, messages selected to view will be opened in the existing window.
