 Character set

This enables the user to assign the character set when sending emails. Currently, @MESSAGE supports the largest amount of character sets. It supports character sets such as: Korean (EUC-KR, ISO-2022-KR), English (ISO-8850-1), Japanese (EUC-JP, SHIFT-JIS, ISO-2022-JP), Chinese (GB2312, BIG5), Unicode (UTF-8). It allows the user to send mail in each different language. The user can assign one depending on the user's mail utilization preference, and it can also be assigned upon each email composition depending on user's personal preference.
