This menu allows a user to check messages that are forwarded or arriving to a user's @MESSAGE or external mailbox (POP server). To configure, to go [Option]->[Preferences] and [Option]->[External Mailbox]. If @MESSAGE is used together with a dedicated mail client such as Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger, select [Only New Messages] for messages to fetch in [Server Mail] as shown in the Figure below and then [Save] for the messages fetched. Otherwise, in general, select [Only New Messages] to fetch and [Delete] for the messages fetched. The same procedure is applied to the external mailbox.
