Mail View

When a user clicks a subject in a folder, a screen with the message to view will appear along with corresponding subject as shown in the Figure below. @MESSAGE has no trouble viewing multimedia mail, mail sent by the function of Writing Paper with Outlook Express and mails attaching other mail. @MESSAGE provides perfect support of MIME 1.0. and multiple language character support (ISO-8859-1~9 for English, ISO-2022-KR and EUC-KR for Korean, and ISO-2022-JP, SHIFT-JIS and EUC-JP for Japanese).

  • Mail Information

    • To E-mail address of sender appears.
    Cc E-mail address of recipient appears.
    Bcc E-mail address of referrer appears.
    Subject Message subject appears.

    If there are any e-mail addresses to be stored click on the [Add Address] button to do so.

  • Mail Status Information

    • Send Time, Message Type and Priority Levels are indicated here. If there is a attachment file, the [View File] button will appear.

  • View Attachment File

    • Click on the [View File] button to open the attached file, the MIME type and file name. The file type will be listed in the format as shown below.

  • Message Download

    • Click on the button to download a message onto your PC. If the content of the mail appears but the downloading function does not work, you may download the mail in the name of message.
