The basic screen configuration and functions of the [Inbox], [Sent], [Trash], [Drafts] and [User's Folders] are identical to each other.
However, there are a few key differences in their basic properties. Refer to the table below for a description of each folder.
Inbox : This folder contains new inbounded messages.
Sent : This folder contains sent messages. Composed messages are sent automatically to the Sent folder.
The time-stamp feature allows users to verify the receipt of a sent message from the Sent folder.
Trash : This folder contains messages selected for deletion. Please note that messages deleted from Trash folder are permanently deleted from the server.
Drafts : This folder contains temporarily saved outbound messages.
Clicking on the subject allows the user to resume the composition of their saved message.
User's Folder : This folder contains user-definable sub-folders. New sub-folders are created in the Folder menu under the Options folder.
