Filter

Users can use the Mail Filtering function to automatically route incoming messages to a relevant folder based on theuser-defined rules.

  • Save Rules

    • The following figure is a screen shot of the advanced mail filtering options. There are a total of 5 filtering fields ( in [From], in [To/Cc], in [Subject], in [Message], Folder to save in ) and 4 conditions( If included, If not included, If included(case sensitive), If not included(case sensitive) ) that can be applied. By default, each field uses an AND operator.

    For example, if a received message includes "techsupp" in the From field, then the message is automatically routed to the folder named [Inbox]. Mail filtering rules are summarized in the following window:
